Senior Vice President

Michael was born in Louisiana and raised in Southern California. He spent 4 years working in Asia and is fluent in Mandarin. Michael loves real estate and enjoys his role as a real estate advisor. Michael assists his clients with Acquisitions, Dispositions, Leasing, Value Add Engineering, Financial Analysis, Development, and Best Use Analysis. He is continuously improving his skill set and has obtained the SIOR and CCIM designations.

Ben Fukukura

Vice President

Ben specializes in the brokerage of industrial properties in the San Gabriel and San Bernardino County areas. He specializes in advising small to medium sized business owners in all aspects of commercial industrial real estate, including the sale, lease, and purchase of property.

Simon Chen, CCIM, SIOR

Vice President

Simon Chen was born in Mainland China and came to California at age 10. He is fluent in Chinese Mandarin and proficient in both reading and writing. Simon graduated from the University of Southern California in 2012 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and double Minors in Business Law and Business Administration. Simon started his career in Commercial Real Estate in 2013 with Investment Real estate Associates and awarded for “Top Prospector 2013” within the first three months. In 2014 Simon joined Lee & Associates - Industry, teaming up with industry veteran Michael Lee and Henry Hong who specialize in the sales and leasing of Industrial, Land and Investment properties.
